Six years ago, in the heat of the Winter Meetings, the Yankees, Tigers and D-backs shuffled seven players across a three-team trade that resulted in four future All-Star appearances and a Cy Young Award.

Two years after the swap, all three teams made the postseason and the trade was seen more or less as beneficial for all involved.
